Wallfurnace We have had too many customers ask us about recoating the cover for their old 2m high Vulcan wall furnace.  Typically, the original coating is peeling off. These parts can not be blasted because the blasting buckles the thin material. The parts could be chemically stripped but usually the cover ends up getting damaged and chemicals end up in all the grooves and crevices which is not good for coating longevity. In summary, remove the flaking coating and spray with a pressure pack.   Central Heating Duct Vents The floor vent covers from central heating systems often need a colour change due to wear over the years and/or redecorating the house. First tell us if you are going to be living the house for years to come or are planning on moving soon. Second, send us pictures of the covers so we can see the condition of the coating. We will use this information to determine if we remove the existing coating or coat over it. Third, decide the colour.  Powder coating colours are restricted to the colours on the chart.  If you can not find a colour you want or you need to match an existing colour, we can paint the vents.
